We exist to support families as they navigate marriage, parenting, and overcoming trauma through counseling and other supports.  Everyone’s welcome here, so come join us at one of our community events if you’re looking for a little peace and a place to belong.

Frequently Asked Questions

Are you a traditional church?

The easy answer is not really.  We worship together, pray together, and take communion together; but our purpose is not to build a church, its to build a community who comes together to support one another in very practical and spiritual ways.  We hope you'll join us for one of our Dad's groups, Mom's groups, Ladies nights, cooperative meal prep events, or other events at Refuge.  Become a part of our community.

What if I go to church somewhere else?

That's great and you are still welcome at Refuge Tulsa.  Refuge is a place where we can all come together and enjoy a Christ-centered community.  We're not in competition with area churches, we want to be in cooperation.

Do you offer childcare during services?

We believe that a Christ-Centered community means that all of us have community from the youngest to the oldest among us.  We welcome all ages in our community worship, engage, and service activities.
